By accessing or using the Levlet Consultancy Ltd ("Levlet", "we", "us") website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Levlet provides consultancy services across three areas: Financial Services (accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory), Trade & Investments (advisory across stock markets, money market funds, private equity, trade, and real estate), and eCitizen Services (assistance with NTSA, KRA PIN, business registration, police clearance, and birth certificate applications).
General information provided on this website does not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any investment or financial advisory services are provided only within the scope of, and subject to, applicable Kenyan law and any licenses or registrations held by Levlet. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making financial or investment decisions.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and for businesses lawfully operating in their jurisdiction.
Fees for our services are agreed with each client individually based on the scope of work, prior to the start of any paid engagement. Booking a consultation through this website is free and does not itself constitute a fee quote or payment obligation. Payment terms, where applicable, will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services — this is especially important for eCitizen applications submitted to government agencies on your behalf, where inaccurate information could delay or invalidate your application.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Levlet Consultancy Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Our website or communications may reference third-party services (e.g. government portals such as eCitizen, NTSA, or KRA). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
